Menopause In The Workplace

We have developed a training programme that provides better knowledge and understanding of the menopause and how we can all be menopause advocates within the workplace.

In addition to our training offer we can also provide Workplace Menopause Health Coaching.

Course syllabus

Menopause in the workplace training creates a safe space to learn about menopause symptoms, how they can affect women and how the workplace can support and create better working environments.

Course outcomes 

After the training, your employees will be able to: 

  • Understand what the menopause is
  • Awareness of menopause symptoms
  • How menopause symptoms can affect women and their working lives
  • What the organisation and employees can do to support each other
  •  Feel empowered to be healthy in work, meeting the needs of the organisation
  • Practise self-care 
Format  
  • Online or face-to-face course structured across 2-4 hours depending on topic highlights
  • Learning takes place through a mix of instructor led training, group discussions, individual and group activities. 
  • We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that instructors can keep people safe and supported while they learn. 
  • We strive for all of our learning content to be as accessible and inclusive as possible.
