Looking After Your Wellbeing Training can be made bespoke to meet the need of your organisation.

Format  
  • Online or face-to-face course structured across 2-4 hours depending on topic highlights
  • Learning takes place through a mix of instructor led training, group discussions, individual and group activities. 
  • Each wellbeing topic can be expanded to go into more detail such as extended development and discussions around sleep or nutrition
  • We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that instructors can keep people safe and supported while they learn. 
  • We strive for all of our learning content to be as accessible and inclusive as possible.
